Caso de Éxito: Expansión del Puerto de Coquimbo con ACO Qmax
El Puerto de Coquimbo, ubicado en la Región de Coquimbo, Chile, ha sido un motor clave para el desarrollo económico de la región. Durante el segundo trimestre de 2024, este puerto experimentó una importante modernización que incluye la construcción del Sitio 3, con una inversión de más de USD 120 millones, permitiendo la llegada de buques de hasta 300 metros de eslora y profundidades de 14 metros. Este proyecto no solo fortalece el comercio nacional e internacional, sino que también posiciona al puerto como un referente en infraestructura marítima.
En ACO Chile, nos sentimos muy orgullosos de haber contribuido al crecimiento y expansión de este puerto emblemático. En este proyecto, se implementaron los canales de drenaje ACO Qmax, versiones 550, 700 y 900, los cuales destacan por su alto caudal y resistencia única hasta la clase F900. Fabricados en polietileno de alta densidad reciclado, estos canales permiten una gestión hidráulica eficiente, optimizando el flujo de agua en áreas de alto tráfico y condiciones exigentes. Su capacidad de retención de hasta 550 l/s garantiza un control efectivo de caudales punta durante tormentas, brindando soluciones sostenibles y duraderas.
La colaboración con nuestro departamento técnico en Chile fue clave para el diseño hidráulico del sistema de drenaje, ajustándose a las necesidades específicas de esta infraestructura portuaria. Este proyecto demuestra cómo ACO Qmax no solo resuelve desafíos técnicos, sino que también contribuye al éxito de proyectos estratégicos para la expansión de la infraestructura chilena. En ACO Chile, reafirmamos nuestro compromiso con el desarrollo del país, ofreciendo soluciones innovadoras y de alta calidad para proyectos de gran envergadura.
