One of those women is Samantha Gibson, who has embraced every opportunity for growth since joining ACO as a Production Planner. Through her dedication and drive, she has developed a deep understanding of Supply Chain and Operational Management, most recently progressing into her first people management role as Operations Planning Manager.
Sam’s tenacity, determination, and commitment to continuous development have driven her success, and it’s fantastic to have her as part of our team. We’re excited to see all she will achieve in this next chapter of her career.
