Vergangene Woche hatten unsere Marketingkauffrauen ihre Berufsschulklasse zu Gast am Standort in Büdelsdorf.
Nach einer kleinen Einführung in unser Unternehmen und die Geschichte dahinter, bekamen sie in drei Gruppen jeweils eine Aufgabe, welche sie am Ende erfolgreich präsentieren konnten. 🥳
Es war eine Aufgabe, welche auch dem Unternehmen in Zukunft helfen kann und bei der Planung für ein anstehendes Thema unterstützt hat.🪴🎉 -
What an incredible achievement! 🌍
Our colleague Søren Olsen reached the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro last week – at 5,895 meters, the highest peak in Africa and one of the Seven Summits. ⛰️
After years of dreaming and intense preparation, Søren finally made it: together with a Danish group and a clear plan, he set out to conquer Africa’s highest point. The journey wasn’t just a physical adventure, but also a mental challenge – 8 days, changing altitudes, freezing temperatures, and a lot of determination. 💪
The final hours before reaching the summit were the toughest: 1,300 meters of elevation at extreme conditions – but the moment Søren reached the summit and watched the sun rise above the clouds was simply unforgettable. 🌅 It was the fulfillment of a lifetime dream, and we couldn't be prouder!
Søren, you are a true inspiration! Your journey shows us that it’s not just about reaching the goal, but about the strength we find along the way. Congratulations from the bottom of our hearts! 🏔️🙌

Ausbildung bestanden! 🎉
Unsere nun ehemalige Auszubildende Anna hat am 22.01.2025 ihre Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
Ihre Projektarbeit hat sie bei der People and Culture über die „Entgeltumwandlung bei Firmenfahrzeugen“ geschrieben.
Auch nach ihrer Ausbildung bleibt sie bei ACO und startet bei ACO Inotec als Kundenberaterin. 🫱🏻🫲🏽
Auch Nils hat schon am 10.12.2024
seine Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
Nils musste in seiner Abschlussprüfung an einer unserer Spritzgussmaschinen einen Werkzeugeinbau vornehmen, sowie eine Serienproduktion erstellen.
Auch er bleibt dem Team Kunststoffproduktion erhalten und steigt als Einrichter in das Gesellenleben mit ein.

Letzte Woche hatten einige unserer Azubis aus den Standorten Reith und Büdelsdorf die Möglichkeit, bei der Bau in München mitzuwirken. 👫💪🏼 Es war eine tolle Erfahrung, und wir hatten mal wieder die Gelegenheit, uns mit den Azubis vom jeweils anderen Standort zu vernetzen. Es war beeindruckend, wie stark die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den einzelnen Mitarbeitern war, um so eine großartige Messewoche zu realisieren. 🥳 #teamwork #bau #münchen #azubi -
