INFRASTRUTTURE STRADALI: PONTI E VIADOTTI
🔵 La specifica conformazione strutturale di ponti e viadotti vincola il costruttore alla selezione di #SistemiDiDrenaggio, sia puntuali sia lineari, che abbiano un’altezza particolarmente contenuta a fronte di elevate prestazioni idrauliche. Il cordolo drenante #KerbDrainBridge di #ACO risponde esattamente a queste esigenze. Esso è infatti caratterizzato da:
◾ una profondità d’installazione molto ridotta
◾ un’elevata capacità di drenaggio
◾ un’elevata resistenza agli urti
🔵 L’elemento base di questo particolare sistema di drenaggio lineare è un corpo canale in calcestruzzo polimerico, in classe di carico #D400, impermeabile e resistente al gelo. Il giunto di testa tra gli elementi del canale è sigillato in modo permanente e sicuro con una guarnizione in EPDM integrata di serie.
🔵 Il sistema KerbDrain-Bridge è inoltre disponibile anche con fori laterali per #asfalto #drenante.

4 REQUISITI CHIAVE
Per garantire che il sistema di #drenaggio di una #cantina #vinicola sia il più sicuro e igienico possibile, in fase di progettazione è importante considerare 4 requisiti chiave:
🔸 1. #Layout correttamente dimensionato e sufficiente capacità idraulica.
Un sistema di drenaggio non adeguatamente progettato, con capacità idraulica e portate insufficienti, può causare allagamenti della pavimentazione, mettere in pericolo la salute e la sicurezza sul posto di lavoro e aumentare il rischio di cross contamination.
🔸2. Interconnessione tra linea di drenaggio e #pavimento.
Un elevato carico dinamico e termico può causare crepe nel pavimento, in particolare nei punti in cui il drenaggio si collega alla pavimentazione.
🔸3. Prestazioni di #sanificazione.
La possibilità di sanificare completamente l’intero sistema di drenaggio, in modo pratico, efficiente ed economico, è un aspetto chiave che impatta sui costi di manutenzione e sugli standard igienici di un ambiente di produzione.
🔸4. #Resistenza dei materiali.
L’acciaio utilizzato per la produzione dei sistemi di drenaggio deve essere particolarmente resistente agli attacchi delle sostanze acide e basiche utilizzate per la pulizia e la sanificazione di ambienti e attrezzature

🔹In condizioni meteoriche avverse, sulle strade possono crearsi #pozzanghere d’acqua e può verificarsi il pericoloso fenomeno dell’#aquaplaning ossia lo slittamento dei veicoli in movimento provocato da una cattiva aderenza degli pneumatici alla superficie stradale bagnata.
🔹L’acqua presente sul manto stradale può, inoltre, infiltrarsi nell’asfalto danneggiandolo e rendendolo pericoloso.

Sono in fase di consegna e installazione presso la #galleria Serre La Voute, sull'#Autostrada #A32 Torino-Bardonecchia, le nostre soluzioni per il #trattamento e l'#accumulo delle acque di sversamento accidentale. Si tratta in particolare di un sistema di separazione di liquidi leggeri #ACO Oleopator-C NS 15, di una cisterna ACO GRP Tank da 75000 litri e del diametro di 4 metri e di un sistema di deviazione.
Solo uno dei tanti progetti di messa in sicurezza delle gallerie cui ACO sta partecipando come fornitore di soluzioni tecniche avanzate e di consulenza alla progettazione.
