Construir un futuro más igualitario requiere de la participación de todos y todas, promoviendo un entorno inclusivo y respetuoso. En ACO, apostamos por una transformación colectiva basada en la igualdad de derechos y oportunidades.
En este sentido, nuestra actividad está alineada con el Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible 5 (ODS 5) de la ONU, que busca lograr la igualdad de género y empoderar a todas las mujeres y niñas. Today, on International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating the talented women at ACO who are shaping our business and driving success.
At ACO, we’re proud to support and empower women in their careers, creating an environment where they can grow, lead, and thrive.
One of those women is Samantha G., who has embraced every opportunity for growth since joining ACO as a Production Planner. Through her dedication and drive, she has developed a deep understanding of Supply Chain and Operational Management, most recently progressing into her first people management role as Operations Planning Manager.
Sam’s tenacity, determination, and commitment to continuous development have driven her success, and it’s fantastic to have her as part of our team. We’re excited to see all she will achieve in this next chapter of her career.

Within just a year at ACO, Mwenya has made a significant impact, demonstrating exceptional skill, ambition, and dedication. She began her journey in our Design Services team, where her talent quickly shone through. Her drive and expertise have since led her to an exciting new role as a Technical Specialist in our Storm Water Control Team.
