The Zero Carbon Building Essentials Micro-Credential program was developed to support Canada’s building sector and meet growing demand for low-carbon buildings and #retrofits.

Researchers from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University have released a new report focusing on regional factors influencing the future of Canadian rentals and housing affordability.
Entitled AI-Driven Insights into Key Factors Influencing Canada’s Rental Market, the report was commissioned by private equity #realestate firm Equiton Inc, and examines the long-term effects of population growth and other trends driving rapid rent increases and low vacancy rates across the country.

În Parcul Industrial I Eurobusiness Park din Oradea se construiește o fabrică de unelte electrice cu acumulatori pe o suprafață de 14,5 hectare.
Investitorii sunt interesați să construiască sustenabil, iar pentru managementul apelor meteorice au fost alese soluțiile ACO pentru colectare, tratare și retenție ape pluviale.
Pentru colectarea apelor meteorice urmează să fie instalate ACO Drain Multiline V100 Seal in și rigola monoblock ACO Drain RD200 Sealed cu garnitură integrată, precum și guri de scurgere ACO Drain Combipoint. Pentru tratarea apelor pluviale au fost instalate două separatoare de hidrocarburi Oleopator GH NS300, iar pentru atenuarea vârfului hidraulic au fost instalate două bazine ACO Stormbrixx cu un volum brut de 1248 mc, respectiv 656 mc.
Pentru acest proiect ACO a realizat și instalarea bazinelor de retenție care au fost etanșate cu membrană EPDM.
