Cour de Gare: ein neues Stadtquartier in Sion 🏙️
Im Herzen von Sion entstand mit dem Projekt Cour de Gare ein multifunktionales Quartier auf über 82'000 m². Sechs Gebäude mit Wohnungen, Büro- und Gewerbeflächen, einem Hotel, einer Kongresshalle sowie zahlreichen Parkplätzen machen das Areal zu einem neuen urbanen Mittelpunkt.
Die Anforderungen an die Oberflächenentwässerung waren in diesem dicht bebauten, stark frequentierten Umfeld besonders hoch. Bereits in der Planungsphase war eine präzise Dimensionierung entscheidend, um langfristige Sicherheit und Funktionalität zu gewährleisten. 💧
Mit dem ACO Multiline V100 und flexibel einsetzbaren Aufsatzrahmen konnte eine Lösung umgesetzt werden, die leistungsstark, langlebig und optimal auf die örtlichen Gegebenheiten abgestimmt ist. Exakte hydraulische Berechnungen und eine detaillierte Planung trugen wesentlich zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung bei. 📐 ✅

Cour de Gare: un nouveau quartier urbain à Sion 🏙️
Au cœur de Sion, le projet Cour de Gare a donné naissance à un quartier multifonctionnel de plus de 82 000 m². Six bâtiments comprenant des appartements, des bureaux et des locaux commerciaux, un hôtel, une salle de congrès et de nombreuses places de parking font de ce site un nouveau centre urbain.
Les exigences en matière de drainage des surfaces étaient particulièrement élevées dans cet environnement densément construit et très fréquenté. Dès la phase de planification, un dimensionnement précis était essentiel pour garantir la sécurité et la fonctionnalité à long terme. 💧
Grâce à l'ACO Multiline V100 et à des cadres de rehausse flexibles, il a été possible de mettre en œuvre une solution performante, durable et parfaitement adaptée aux conditions locales. Des calculs hydrauliques précis et une planification détaillée ont largement contribué à la réussite de la mise en œuvre. 📐 ✅
