In response to an increase in weather extremes, a surface water management plan now has to be submitted with every planning application. David Smoker, Technical Director at ACO and Chair of the BPF Pipes SuDS/Surface Water Group, explains how the Group has been directly involved in the production of three new European standards to support a cohesive approach to SuDS specification.

Molnar Piuariu, prima stradă smart din Romania. Un proiect pilot la Cluj care este aproape de finalizare.
Pe lângă mobilierul urban modern dotat cu porturi USB pentru încărcarea telefoanelor sau tabletelor, două stații de încărcare rapidă a mașinilor electrice, iluminat LED și sistem de irigare cu senzor, proiectul a avut în componență și sisteme moderne pentru colectarea apelor pluviale.
Pentru colectarea apelor pluviale a fost folosită rigola ACO Qmax cu grătar Q-slot, discret și sigur pentru toți pietonii.
Pe Qmax îl găsiți pe site sau poate chiar la Cluj. Călătorește mult, abia așteaptă și alte proiecte. #smartcity #smartwater #cluj

Op een bijzondere locatie direct aan het water en centraal in het Cruquiusgebied bevindt zich het Amsterdam City Harbour Hotel. Rondom het gebouw wordt het regenwater afgevoerd met zowel sleuf- als roostergoten. ACO tim upravo ugrađuje 64 metra specijalnih custom-made kanala od nehrđajućeg čelika na zelenoj površini zapadno od KD Vatroslav Lisinski. Ovi multifunkcionalni kanali objedinjuju LED rasvjetu, vodenu maglu, elektroinstalacije, visokotlačni razvod i odvodnju viška vode iz vodenog zrcala.
Instalacija će biti smještena oko Zida boli načinjenog od specijalne staklene opeke koja će se posložiti u zid inspiriran samoniklim spomenikom koji je do 2005. stajao na Selskoj cesti.

Costituito da un cono in ghisa sferoidale monoblocco, con griglia completamente integrata, in grado di raccogliere grandi portate d’acqua provenienti dalla pavimentazione e di convogliarle nella tubazione sottostante in modo rapido ed efficace. È possibile connettere tra loro infiniti elementi conici ACE, creando così un vero e proprio muro contro l’avanzamento del fronte piovoso.
ACE è disponibile in 3 diverse dimensioni: con diametro da 160 mm, 200 mm e 250 mm, per rispondere alle diverse esigenze di portata. Il sistema è testato secondo quanto prescritto dalla normativa di riferimento europea EN1433 ed è garantito fino alla classe di carico F 900.
