MEET JASON!
Jason Smith is a Construction Sales Representative in our Queensland team and looks after contractors, sub-contracts, electrical merchants and plumbing merchants in the south side of Brisbane down to the northern river region.
Jason has been with ACO for three years and spends most of his days on site providing solutions, site measures and helping customers select the right product for their project.
Having been in the commercial plumbing industry for fifteen years, his extensive experience makes him a valuable member of our Queensland team.
Jason spends his spare time entertaining his two toddlers and doing extensive renovations to his family home!

An access cover’s lifting direction is vital as iron covers are only designed to move in one direction. During design and layout planning, ensure obstacles do not impede the removal of the cover.

Os sistemas de drenagem com sifão foram especialmente concebidos para satisfazer as necessidades que surgem quando existem chuvas muito fortes nos escoamentos de coberturas planas, assim como em coberturas verdes com plantações extensas. Ao contrário dos sistemas de drenagem por gravidade, os ralos sifonados estão preparados para trabalhar com tubagens que estão totalmente cheias. Isto consegue-se assegurando, entre outras cosas, que não fica ar sugado na água da chuva, uma vez que se tal acontecer iriam formar-se bolhas nos sistemas de tubagens.

Los sistemas de drenaje sifónico están especialmente diseñados para cubrir las necesidades que surgen cuando hay lluvia muy fuerte en desagües de cubiertas planas, así como en cubiertas verdes con plantaciones extensas. A diferencia de los sistemas de drenaje por gravedad, los sumideros sifónicos se configuran para trabajar con tuberías que están totalmente llenas. Esto se consigue asegurando, entre otras cosas, que no queda aire succionado en el agua de lluvia, ya que si sucede se formarían burbujas en los sistemas de tuberías.

The linear channel was selected by designers to complement the layout of the pool, fence and landscaping to continue the clean lines and collect stormwater from the paved area.
This narrow stainless steel custom channel is slimline, discreet and the ideal solution.

LIFE CERSUDS (de las siglas en inglés Ceramic Sustainable Urban Drainage System) es una propuesta que se desarrolla en el marco del programa LIFE, el instrumento de financiación de la Unión Europea para el medio ambiente y la acción climática. Se trata de un sistema urbano de drenaje sostenible (SUDS) que utiliza material cerámico de bajo valor comercial como sistema filtrante de pavimentación con el objetivo de mejorar la capacidad de adaptación de las ciudades frente a la crisis climática.

Chloe works in our Canning Vale office in Western Australia as a Business Development rep, looking after Perth CBD all the way up to Broome.
Chloe is bright, bubbly and super organised. Before becoming a Business Development Rep in January, she worked in our Customer Service team and has great knowledge across our business.
In her spare time, she races dirt go-karts in the Perth Wheatbelt Association – that’s her with the pink helmet!

Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria shared some more videos of a long neck turtle and a swamp rat using the recently installed ACO Wildlife tunnel systems at Cranbourne.
The tunnels were installed as part of a project to reduce wildlife fatalities through the gardens.

Temos enfrentado muitos problemas relacionados à drenagem urbana no Brasil, seja pela ausência de drenagem ou pela ineficiência das redes de drenagem e esgoto nas cidades, sendo muitas vezes antigos e já não comportam mais os volumes de água, uma vez que as condições climáticas mudaram e a população nos grandes centros urbanos aumentou consideravelmente nos últimos anos.
