La quinta torre del Paseo de la Castellana de Madrid ya está en pie. Este conjunto arquitectónico conocido como Torre Caleido es un proyecto de los estudios Fenwick Iribarren Architects y SERRANO SUÑER ARQUITECTURA SLP.
El proyecto que impacta visualmente por su forma de “T” invertida, que confiere un aspecto único a este edificio de uso mixto que crea un nuevo foco urbano en la capital madrileña. En su basamento, donde se ubican plazas y jardines, se han instalado diferentes soluciones de drenaje pluvial de ACO.

🚧 Baustellenreport: Ein Trogbauwerk war in Sarstedt bei Hannover die Lösung❗
Ein tägliches Szenario war der Verkehrsstau von der Friedrich-Ludwig-Jan-Straße bis in die Innenstadt. Der Grund: Die Straße kreuzt die vielbefahrene Bahntrasse Hannover - Kassel und ist zu gut 70% des Tages durch geschlossene Schranken gesperrt. 🚗🚂
Die Lösung: Ein Trogbauwerk, das unter der Bahnstrecke hindurchgeführt wurde. Nun fließt der Verkehr. 👍
Damit bei Starkregen der Trog nicht zum Schwimmbecken wird, sorgen die Entwässerungsrinnen ACO PowerDrain Performance im Bereich der Straße für eine sichere und schnelle Aufnahme des Wassers. Auf dem Geh- und Radweg leistet die ACO Multiline Seal in mit Längsprofilrost ihren Dienst. 💦
