Clara Muñoz Pou, Product Manager Separación & Water Management de ACO explicará en detalle la remodelación del Nudo de Concheiros en Santiago de Compostela: un caso de éxito de reurbanización y gestión integral de las aguas pluviales mediante su recogida, pre-tratamiento e infiltración con solución SUDS. Se trabajó con la ingeniería responsable del proyecto el diseño de todo el sistema de drenaje e infiltración considerando el tema estético y funcional, poniendo el foco en la protección del colector existente ante los colapsos por precipitaciones.

Lorraine Vianna, Ingeniería Técnica de ACO explicará durante la feria Smagua el caso de una fábrica de conservas, al trasladarse de la costa al interior, dejó de contar con toma de agua del mar para sus procesos, haciéndose imprescindible reciclar sus aguas para reducir costes. ACO presentará en esta ponencia como el proyecto que ha desarrollado para el reciclaje y aprovechamiento de las distintas aguas de proceso, así como de toda la generación de calor que se produce, buscando así minimizar al máximo el impacto medioambiental y energético.

Am SMS Campus in Mönchengladbach geht es mit ACO hoch hinaus. ACO Inotec erhält den Auftrag, die aufwändige Dachkonstruktion zu entwässern.
Die Dachkonstruktion ist architektonisch wirklich besonders. Das Dach erinnert an die beeindruckende Konstruktion über dem Münchener Olympiastadion und wird von PFEIFER Structures geliefert und montiert. Mit einem Durchmesser von rund 82 m und einem Gesamtgewicht von etwa 293 Tonnen wird das Dach in 26 Höhe über dem Campus thronen und dabei schwebend anmuten.
Diese spezielle Dachfläche soll von unserer Entwässerungsrinne als Sonderkonstruktion ACO Ino 601 KR mit einem aufgestecktem Dichtlippenprofil entwässert werden. Die Rinne wird auf Konsolen neben dem großen Druckring des Daches montiert, nimmt das Wasser über Speier auf und leitet es in Fallrohre ab. Die Rinne wird in 40 Bauteilen, welche Vor Ort montiert werden, polygonal konstruiert und in das Dach integriert. Die Rinne wird eine Gesamtlänge von rund 255 m haben. Die aufwändige Sonderlösung konnte ACO Architektenberater Dipl-Ing.(FH)Andreas Bauer-Idel Landschaftsarchitekt AKNW gemeinsam mit unserem Kunden erarbeiten.
Auch am Boden haben unsere Spezialisten bereits ihr Können mit Fassadenrinnen, Brunnen- und Fontänenfeldrinnen bewiesen. Das Highlight ist eine große Edelstahlplatte für ein großes Wasserbecken mit Fontänenfeldern. Auch die ACO Multiline Seal in wird in großem Radius in die Flächen des SMS Campus integriert.

Vi havde en fantastisk temadag hos Danish Pig Academy i går, hvor emnet var reduceret CO2-udledning i griseproduktionen. 🐷 Det var en velbesøgt begivenhed, og vi er glade for at se så mange interesserede mennesker, der ønsker at lære mere om at mindske vores CO2-aftryk.
Vi havde nogle spændende oplæg fra vores eksperter på området, og det var virkelig inspirerende at høre om de forskellige innovative løsninger, der allerede er ved at blive implementeret.
Vi vil gerne takke alle, der deltog og bidrog til diskussionerne og udvekslingen af idéer. Kæmpe tak til Tom Axelgaard og Daniel Overgaard Pedersen for deres spændende oplæg. 🙂 👏

Slurry handling requires high maintenance. Traditionally, the slurry system in stables involves mixing and, after a while, manually pumping the slurry to the storage solution. This traditional system is manual, and a lot can go wrong. That will result in high maintenance costs.

📌 Comment faire entrer la lumière naturelle alors que les murs du sous-sol sont enterrés ?
💡 Ici pose d’une cour anglaise ACO 150 x 100 x 70 - Grille Piéton 30/10 pour éclairer une pièce en sous-sol.
La cour anglaise se présente comme une coque en matière plastique qui est fixée sur le mur extérieur de la maison devant une fenêtre du sous-sol. Réalisée en matériau composite: polypropylène renforcé de fibres de verre, elle est totalement étanche et suffisamment élastique pour supporter les contraintes du terrain. Sa couleur blanche renvoie vers la fenêtre la luminosité naturelle.
