We're thrilled to sponsor Adam Richey (Production Operative, ACO), this Sunday, as he takes on an incredible challenge: cycling 100 miles in a single day!
Supporting ‘Cyclists Fighting Cancer,’ an organisation focused on supporting children diagnosed with cancer, the funds raised from Adam's fundraiser will be used to provide new bikes and specialist support treatment, helping to enhance their physical fitness and overall well-being.
Adam's fundraising efforts have been phenomenal, raising £816 and surpassing his initial target. We’re thrilled to contribute an additional £750, matching the value of his previous (now broken) goal.
We are all wishing Adam the best of luck, and we will catch up with him next week to find out how the challenge went.

Seit 2007 ist der Gewässerschutz in den deutschen und europäischen Normen und Gesetzen verankert.
Wenn Sie also Ihre Versickerung planen, sind diese 4 gesetzlichen Regelungen die Leitplanken für die Umsetzung:
1️⃣ Die EU-Wasserrahmenrichtlinie von 2007
Sie sorgt vor allem dafür, dass die Schadstoffeinträge in alle europäischen Gewässer reduziert und deren Struktur maßgeblich verbessert wird.
2️⃣ Das Deutsche Wasserhaushaltsgesetz
Es zielt in erster Linie darauf ab, das Wasser als lebensnotwendige Ressource zu bewahren – zum Beispiel durch den Schutz vor Verunreinigungen und den Erhalt der Qualität.
3️⃣ Die DWA-A 138
Sie regelt hauptsächlich, unter welchen Richtlinien Sie das Regenwasser ins Grundwasser einbringen dürfen.
4️⃣ Das Merkblatt DWA-M 153
Es zurrt die Vorbehandlung des Regenwassers für Ihre Versickerungsanlage fest.

L’evento si tiene quest’anno in Italia, a Torbole, nelle acque cristalline e nelle sfumature mozzafiato del Lago di Garda, dove si sfideranno velisti provenienti da tutto il mondo.
La grande avventura è iniziata il 15 luglio e si protrarrà per una settimana con emozionanti regate, spettacolo e adrenalina pura.
