Os visitantes do extraordinário complexo do Museu do Vinho no Porto (Portugal) podem participar em cursos de vinho na Escola do Mundo do Vinho, que dispõe de três salas de formação, duas com salas de provas e uma com cozinha, e desfrutar dos 12 restaurantes, cafés e bares que estão organizados em torno da grande praça ao ar livre.
Para a gestão e tratamento das águas pluviais e residuais destas instalações de restauração e para assegurar que a água chega à rede geral de esgotos nas melhores condições possíveis, foram instalados separadores de gorduras enterradas LIPUMAX para assegurar que as gorduras e óleos orgânicos são efectivamente removidos da água.

Los visitantes al extraordinario complejo del Museo del Vino en Oporto (Portugal) pueden participar en cursos de vino en la Escuela del Vino del World of Wine que cuenta con tres salas de formación, dos con sala de catas y otra con cocina, y disfrutar de los hasta 12 restaurantes, cafeterías y bares que se organizan entorno a la gran plaza al aire libre.
Para la gestión y tratamiento de las aguas pluviales y residuales procedentes de estas instalaciones de hostelería y, conseguir que a la red de alcantarillado general llegasen las aguas en las mejores condiciones posibles, se instalaron los separadores de grasas enterrados LIPIMAX de modo que se asegurase que las grasas y aceites orgánicos se retirasen con eficacia de las aguas.

During regular wash downs in the bakery area, floors are to be kept free of hazardous standing water for the safety of staff. Additionally, solid floor waste such as food scraps had to be intercepted from entering the underlying pipework. Therefore all floor drains needed to be durable to withstand various cleaning chemicals and be self-contained.

For the access and mobility of its residents, designers wanted safe and level pavements without kerbs and obstacles in the areas around the clubhouse and outside the units. Additionally, it was also identified that during rain events, surface water had to be removed efficiently without leaving behind standing water or slippery surfaces. Впечатляващ проект на колегите ни от ACO Dubai и ACO Industrial and Commercial Drainage - The Mobility Pavilion, Dubai Expo. Дизайнът и спецификацията стартират в Лондон и се реализират в Дубай. Michael Rathgeb е управляващ директор на Ingenhoven associates от 2019 г.
Той е ръководител на проекта за изграждането на централната жп гара в Stuttgart (185 хил. кв. м.). Проектът е отличен с Global Holcim Award Gold за устойчиво строителство (2006) и с International Architecture Award (Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture, 2007). След като завършва архитектура в Университета в Innsbruck, той натрупва опит в проекти от всякакъв тип и мащаб, преди през 2007 г. да заеме длъжността Ръководител проекти в Ingenhoven associates.
През 2012 г. е повишен в изпълнителен директор и от 2018 г. е управляващ партньор заедно с Christoph Ingenhoven, Martin Reuter и Marco Osmann.
В допълнение към експертизата си в комплексни инфраструктурни проекти, Michael Rathgeb има обширни познания в областта на офис и административните сгради. Портфолиото му включва проекти като централата на HDI в Hannover, University Collegе в Dublin, централата на Google в Palo Alto и Marina Onе в Singapore.

Темата "ACO on site" тази година е посветена на един от най-големите проекти за обществен железопътен транспорт Stuttgart 21, проектът на новата жп гара Stuttgart. Заедно с Angelika Schmid от Werner Sobek AG и Michael Rathgeb от Ingenhoven Associates GmbH, двама водещи експерти от големи архитектурни бюра, представяме подробности за този огромен проект, в който АСО има участие. В продължение на дванадесет години, в Stuttgart се извършва препроектиране на железопътната инфраструктура и се изгражда новата гара. Предвижда се новата подземна транзитна станция да е с осем релсово трасе. Работата по проекта за Deutsche Bahn стратира преди около 25 години.
Angelika Schmid е ръководител на екип в Werner Sobek, Stuttgart от 2013 година. Преди това е работила като проектов ръководител и инженер в офиса в New York. Завършва инженерни науки в Stuttgart и Университета в Trondheim.
