🌟 Today's meeting with WEALTHCONS - BUILDING PROSPERITY was a deep dive into ACO's comprehensive water cycle solutions. Key highlights included an in-depth exploration of our collection products—HDPE, polymer concrete for #externaldrainage, #hygienic channels, and #siphonic roof drains—as well as our cleaning solutions such as #grease and light oil #separators. A group of pig producers from the USA visited us this week. 🤝 We had some great talks about the latest pig #farming technologies, equipment for handling manure, #biosecurity, energy-saving strategies, and improving feed intake for newborn pigs.
The visit is arranged by The Trade Council of Denmark in North America - Energy and Environment.

Global Makarya Persada Global Hygiene led by Director Indarto Purwoko, centered on ACO’s innovative system solutions. We proposed a strategic partnership to increase awareness of hygiene and #wastewater management systems through joint initiatives such as webinars and expos. 🤝
Later, we met with Director Endra and his leadership team at PT Linggar Mitratama Sakti (LIMAS Group) demonstrated a strong desire to integrate ACO's surface water management designs—#Brickslot, #Euroline, and #Monoblock—into their project specifications. This opens up exciting possibilities for future collaboration as a distributor. 🚚🤩
We would like to thank both companies for their time and interest in ACO, and we look forward to exploring these promising collaborations further.

Ultimul proiect la care am fost solicitați să răspundem cu soluții sustenabile pentru tratarea apelor pluviale a fost un proiect rezidențial din județul Ilfov. Dezvoltatorul și-a propus să ofere viitorilor locuitori o adevărată armonie cu tot ce îi înconjoară. Atenția la detalii îi determină pe acești dezvoltatori să caute și să găsească cele mai sustenabile soluții. Pentru acest proiect a fost implementat separatorul de hidrocarburi ACO Oleopator G-H NS300. Acest sistem face parte din gama de produse dimensionate prin extrapolare pe baza datelor obținute din rapoartele de testare pentru debitele până la 100 l/s debit nominal.
Piața separatoarelor de hidrocarburi din Romania este încă dificilă, cu multe produse neconforme, chiar dacă documentele de punere pe piață par în regulă. Ce detalii ne ajută să ne dăm seama dacă declarația de conformitate este susținută și de un separator de hidrocarburi care chiar reține poluanții?
✅ Verificați volumele. Un separator de hidrocarburi cu debit mare (peste 100 l/s) necesită un volum considerabil pentru a permite separarea gravitațională corectă a poluanților. Un volum insuficient crește viteza apei și scade timpul de retenție, compromițând eficiența separării.
⚠️ Atenție mare la elementele de coalescență. Majoritatea producătorilor ”uită” să echipeze separatoarele cu suficiente elemente de coalescență pentru a aduce instalația de separare la nivelul de eficiență cerut de standardul EN 858.
🛠 Țineți cont că apele pluviale au totuși un grad surprinzător de mare de agresivitate chimică. Cuvele din oțel sau plastic armat cu fibră de sticlă trebuie să fie supuse unor teste riguroase de rezistență chimică pentru a asigura integritatea pe termen lung a cuvei, care pe toată durata funcționării va fi plină cu apă pluvială.
🔍 Testele și rapoartele contează. Dacă pare prea frumos... sunt mari șanse să nu fie adevărat! Solicitați rapoarte de testare, emise de un institut de testare independent, în care este menționată cantitatea de hidrocarburi folosită la testare. Standardul EN 858 stipulează clar această cantitate, în funcție de debitul nominal. De exemplu, pentru un separator de 50l/s trebuie utilizați la testare 300 litri de ulei. Rapoartele de testare sunt importante și pentru debitele foarte mari, de peste 100l/s, unde dimensionarea se realizează prin extrapolare plecând de la datele obținute la debitele testate.
Fiți vigilenți și cereți mereu dovezi de conformitate reale! ✅
